We’re not here to fix you, we’re here to hear you. Come as you are. You are seen, you are heard, and you are not alone. People come to help or heal; all are welcome.

Grief comes in many shapes and forms. Yes, the foundation of this space is rooted in the grief of life to the afterlife, but the tools, the conversations, and the support we offer here also apply to the losses we face in the land of the living, whether that’s the end of a relationship, a sudden change, loss of identity, purpose, or health.

Here, we permit ourselves to speak about the things that never seem to have the “right time” or “right place” in everyday life. This is that place.

It’s not about fixing anyone.
We’re not here to diagnose or dismiss.
We’re here to hear you. To see you. To hold space.

Because life, especially in grief, can feel like a carousel: spinning fast, beautiful, dizzying, and sometimes disorienting.

But here in the Legacy Cafe, we pause. We attribute, we cope, we share, and most importantly, we remember: we’re not alone.

So as we begin, take a breath and ask yourself:
Why did I say yes to showing up today?
What am I willing to receive, or give, through this shared experience?
