At Miss-U-Gram®, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time. The details below cover both our in-house standard U.S. shipping and items offered through our Amazon affiliate shop.
Standard U.S. Shipping (Miss-U-Gram® Fulfillment)
- Where we ship: United States (contiguous U.S. unless otherwise noted at checkout).
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Transit time: Typically 5–7 business days after shipment.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed when available.
Amazon Affiliate & Fulfilled-by-Amazon (FBA) Items
- Some products in our shop link to Amazon and are fulfilled by Amazon or third-party Amazon sellers.
- Rates, delivery windows, Prime eligibility, and tracking for these items follow Amazon’s shipping policies selected at checkout.
- Any changes, delays, or exceptions for these items are handled per Amazon’s terms.
Mixed Carts / Split Shipments
If your order includes both Miss-U-Gram® items and Amazon-fulfilled items, they will ship separately and may arrive on different days with different tracking numbers.
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We work to ship promptly; however, carriers, weather, peak seasons, and supply chain disruptions can impact delivery. Thank you for your patience in these rare cases.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot an error, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible once an order is processing or shipped.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages (Miss-U-Gram® Fulfillment)
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you via email to arrange a reshipment (additional postage may apply). Policies for Amazon-fulfilled items follow Amazon’s procedures.
