Unauthorized Transaction Disputes
If you see a charge you do not recognize, please take action as soon as possible.
For purchases made through Google Play
If your purchase was processed through Google Play, please report the charge directly through Google Play’s official support flow for unrecognized charges.
You can also review your Google Play order history to confirm the transaction details before submitting a report.
Important timing
Unauthorized Google Play charges should be reported within 120 days of the transaction date.
If the charge is older than 120 days
If the transaction is more than 120 days old, please contact your bank, credit card company, debit card provider, or PayPal fraud department directly.
If the purchase was made by someone you know
If a family member or someone with access to your account made the purchase by mistake, you may need to request a refund instead of reporting it as unauthorized.
